REFUND POLICY:

At Bsmartelectric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our bicycles and scooters. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy subject to the following conditions:

You can return unused, “AS NEW” items back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. We defines “as new condition” as unridden, with all parts, manuals and charger. You must include the original box and packaging (not necessary only and exclusively in case of a product/s sold assembled without box).The absence of one or more of the above will inevitably involve a cost borne exclusively by the customer in order to successfully finalize the product/s return procedure. If you choose to return, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner. The purchaser accepts all liability for any damage and loss of value incurred during the return process. Refund application fee of £100 will apply to any refund application, which covers the cost of repairing and refurbishing the product to make it sellable again. This fee is necessary to ensure that we can maintain the quality of our products and offer them to our customers in good condition. Mileage on returned e-scooters and e-bicycles MUST be less than 10km. If the mileage is more than 10km, the refund allowed will be equivalent to half the price of the purchased product. 

Once we receive the bike/scooter and it passes inspection, we will issue a refund based on the purchase price of the bike/scooter, less any applicable fees. Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive the bike/scooter back for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If the original purchase was made using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid using one of Klarna’s payment options we will instruct Klarna to arrange for any agreed value to be repaid. Please note that if the bike/scooter has been used, the refund amount may not be 100% of the original purchase price. This is because once a bike/scooter has been used, the tires are no longer new and cannot be sold as such. The FEES for failure to return one or more parts and/or accessories that were included on the date of purchase may vary from £20 to £600. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the bike/scooter to us. Bsmartelectric is not responsible for any shipping fees incurred by the customer. Each customer is limited to one refund per product purchased. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with our refund policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +447729890051 or via email at bsmartelectric@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary information to return the bike/scooter. Simply bring us your purchased product and the original receipt/invoice or create your own label to be printed and attached to the original box, then you can schedule a collection by courier. As soon your refund has been approved by the Bsmart Electric technician, the amount value will be processed using the original payment method. Be aware that direct refunds can take few days to appear in your bank account depending on who you bank with. KLARNA RETURNS

If you paid using one of Klarna’s payment options we will instruct Klarna to arrange for any agreed value to be repaid.

This may take longer than a direct refund because Klarna needs to arrange for this refund following our instruction.
